Personal reflection of the competence
Among the goals of our organization, the church, we find protecting our members from detractors of Christianity. Also, it has been our duty to find a way to biblically educate our young people and to answers their questions in the light of the Holy scriptures. Moreover, it also our goal to retain all of our members, but specially our young people. Therefore, in my church, we have developed a set of guidelines to aid the church in formulating strategic alternatives that will be useful to achieve organizational goals. We have looked into having two services, one for the young people and one for the adults. It has worked. We have created environment where the members can learn things that can strengthen their faith and move them from being just church members. They are becoming disciples.
