Personal reflection of the competence
The church, I truly believe, ought to create an empowering atmosphere to inspire participation of different kinds. This atmosphere is to be constantly monitored and evaluated, which could help the organizations in achieving results. We also need to build and sustain results for the sake of continuous commitment, effort, and success. Consequently, at the church setting, I have to conduct different seminars for the members so that they can come to understand and embrace different models using innovative methods. The seminars are in French since i’m in a French congregation. But we have done a case the study for AUC, the Atlantic union college that is relevant and i have attached the PowerPoint presentation.
